What is Dealer Finance?

A financing program where a buyer (anchor) helps its distributors/dealers get credit limits from a financier. These limits are linked to how fast the distributors sell the anchor’s products and how quickly they repay. As products are sold and payments come in, the limit frees up again, allowing the distributor to purchase more stock.
